Submitting a question
Agencies typically accept inquiries for most bids, and they usually provide a specific deadline for questions in the bid details section.
In some cases, agencies allow questions prior to supplier registration, while others only accept inquiries from registered suppliers (refer to the Bid registration guide for more information.
To ask a question:
- Access Bid Details
- Select the “Submit a Question” option
Complete the “Submit a Question Form” with the following details:
- Full Name
- Company
- Email address
- Add your question.
Suppliers can ask up to 5 questions at a time. Additionally, certain agencies permit file uploads for questions. If you would like to upload a file with your question:
- Click on “Choose File”
- Select the file you wish to upload
- Click “Open”
- Then, click the “Submit” button.
Once you’ve submitted your question, a confirmation message will appear.
Click “OK” to complete the process.
