What is No Bid Response and How do I use it?
There is a specific feature available for each project, subject to the agency’s selection, known as the “No Bid Response.” This function enables suppliers to inform the agency posting the bid of their decision not to submit and bid and provide the reason for their decision.
A Predefined list of reasons will be presented and the supplier can choose from this list or enter their reason in the provided field.
To utilize this feature, suppliers should follow these steps:
- Log into their account
- Navigate to “My Bids”
- Access “My Active Bids”
- Find the relevant bid
- Click on button “Submit Notice of No Bid”
Predefined “No Bid” options appear.
- Select appropriate reason or type a reason in “other”
- Click the “Send” button
What if I click “No Bid Response” and still want to submit
If a supplier opts for the “No Bid Response” to the Buying Agency, this action is irreversible. The supplier will continue to receive notifications and still retain the capability to submit their bid.
