How To Post a Planned Bid:

1. To create a planned bid in the system, click "Create" in the Search Tab (Bids Module):

2. Change the Status to "Planned":

3. The following fields are mandatory to post a planned bid:

  • Bid Number
  • Bid Name
  • Date of Planned Notice (when is the planned bid notice published)
  • Estimated Bid Publishing Date (when is the planned bid published)
  • Submission Type
  • Submission Address
  • Description


This is how planned bid will appear on the public site:


 When you are ready to release the bid, go back into the Planned Bid, set up your bid by filling out all the necessary fields and bid forms, and change the status to "Open".
