Asked to pay again for a bid?
Bids&tenders charges a per bid fee or a subscription fee.
Suppliers may encounter an additional bid document fee imposed by the Agency to allow access to detailed bid documents, specifications and terms, and conditions essential for comprehensive bid preparation.
The bid document fee is clearly marked on the “bid opportunities” page by a dollar symbol within a circle, next to the view button.
Supplier’s prior to registering for the bid may also see the bid document fee listed in the “Bid Details” area under the heading “Bid Pricing”.
Typically the reason why an agency may charge a bid document fee is that they are not part of the subscription module or it is an agency requirement.
This fee is not part of the bids&tenders pay per bid or subscription model and is paid directly to the individual agency.
