Adding Insurance/WSIB

Contracts Module is where you can manage existing contracts and create new ones. This module allows you to keep track of important dates associated with a contract. It also allows the vendors to upload up-to-date required documents directly into the system for your approval. 

How To: Add Insurance/WSIB

  • Navigate to the WSIB or Insurance Tab:

  • Click “Browse” to find the document on your computer/network:

  • Once you have selected your file, indicate the effective and expiry date of that document. If you are in the insurance tab, there will be two additional fields where you need to give the file a description and select the Insurance Type (this list is set up in the Configurations tab):

  • Click “Upload” when finished. The system will send automatic e-mail notifications to the vendor based on the expiry date that was indicated.
