References tab under Configurations is where you can set up items that would appear in the drop down menus throughout the bid and contracts. For example, this is where you would set up your bid types (RFI, RFQ, etc), your irrevocable periods, departments and division, etc.
To Set-Up Bid Types:
- Navigate to the 'Bids Type' tab under 'References':
- Type in your bid type, (if there are document fees for this bid type, type in what those fees are) and click 'Add':
- The bid type will appear on the left hand side:
- When you are done adding the bid types, click 'Save'.
- This information will appear in the Bid Details tab under the 'Bid Type' field:
