Are you unable to view the documents without the Watermark preview?
- In order to view the documents without the Watermark Preview, you would need to login into your existing or register a new account.
- Now that you have logged in or created your account. Select Register for the Bid.
- Registration as a Plan Taker will allow you to view the documents without the Watermark Preview.
