My Username or password is not being accepted

When you are unable to log in due to an email or password not being accepted, and you are sure they are the correct credentials attempt the below in order to resolve. Sometimes the Browser will "Auto-Populate" characters based on history used with the email address.

Listed below is the process to delete your browser history in multiple browsers.(Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome)

Google Chrome:

  • Select the settings button (Green Arrow). This will result in a drop down menu, select History.

  • Once the History is selected, this will now show your history settings, select Clear Browsing Data.

  • The Browsing History dialog box will populate. The dialog box gives you several choices. Select Clear Browsing Data.

  • Once your Browser history is deleted the No History Entries Found dialog box will be displayed.

Internet Explorer:

  • Select the settings button (Green Arrow). This will result in a drop down menu, select History.

  • Once the History is selected, this will now show your history settings, select Internet Options.

  • The Internet Options dialog box will populate. The dialog box gives you several choices. Select Delete.

  • You can now make the selection to delete Browser History, Passwords, etc. Select Delete.

  • If the issue is still ongoing, select forgot password in order to reset.
